Hey All, sorry I've been MIA. I did the September challenge and managed to lose a pound (I'm only about 9 away from my goal, AHH!) I'm in the DC area and I LOVE to Zumba!
My goal for November is to lose another pound! I know it doesn't seem ambitious but with a low weight as it is (not something I'm complaining about) I need to take every little victory as it comes! SO, one more pound this month to get me to 133 which is a fun number because it has two 3s in it :-). Oh, and Zumba 5 times a week!

Had a very stressful day since the little one was not feeling well, but have met all of my goals for the day except for the exercise part. I'm going to go ahead and get started on that part now while I watch "Captain America" :-)0

I'm doing well so far in all my targets =D Next week will be a test as I'm going to visit family for the week and you know how that goes... Hopefully be good enough this week to not fret too much next week!0

My goal for the month - SURVIVE! My birthday is Monday, sunday is my boyfriend's birthday, and this week we celebrated my best friend's birthday... plus there is thanksgiving. I am still trying to reach Onederland by my birthday (an updated goal since I reached my first one - early!). Start C25K next tuesday and continue with zumba! Keep drinking the water!! Meet the challenges I crate - i struggles last month especially with the exercise it's been a hectic month at work but I still need to fit it in!0

Got my goal entered in the doc but I'll post it here too so y'all can keep my accountable.
I am halfway through 30DS and really want to stick with it. I also am starting week 2 of C25K and want to stay on track by finishing out week 5 by the end of the month.
My plan is to lose at least 7 pounds but if it's more, I'll certainly be happy with that!
I managed to avoid a single piece of candy at Halloween so I'm hoping I can carry that willpower through Thanksgiving too.0 -
My goal for the month is to also to survive. Looks like I'll be getting a new job, giving a babyshower, traveling for thanksgiving, and hosting a dinner party - I'm NEVER that busy. With all of this going on. I NEED to commit to getting in my cardio work outs. I may have other small goals, but this is so necessary if I want to get into the 180's by Christmas.0

* To drink at least 5 glasses of water each day.

Also my goal for this month .... is to try and do zumba for 30days and of course drink at least 8 glasses of water... though this usually isnt hard for me since now i just crave water all the time0 -

Good morning!

Hey, just to let you know my goal. My goal is to try and lose a a stone during november and make sure i exercise 4 times a week. Also on the spread sheet it says my weight is 264 when its actually 254! Dont want to losing weight when i actually havent!0

3rd day in the challenge, I am up to drinking 15 glasses a day, had a great workout last night and I am ready for my Zumba class tonight. Starting off great this month.0

Nov- 2011 Goals
*Stay at or under calories
*Drink at least 100oz of water a day
*Do not skip meals- Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner
*Do some sort of workout at least 6 days a week
*Do 1000 Jumping Jacks a day (10 sets of 100)

Did not hit any of my goals yesterday, but had a good reason. Made it through my colonoscopy (glad thats behind me). Now to get on with hitting all my goals for this month.0

Happy Move-ember! You are all doing so great, I'm still trying to get motivated again, like I was the first part of the year, it is sooo easy to fall back into old habits, like stopping at Hardee's for a thickburger.... yep..... for supper ....771 calories yikes!!!0
