For the most part I do pretty good keeping track of what I eat. I didn't this past weekend because I went away for my anniversary. Weekends are hard for me because I stay so busy. But I stay within my calorie goals. I don't know if I have them set to high or set to low.

I don't know if I'm messing myself up but I change my routine every week. If I'm not able to lose more than a pound in one week then I change what I'm doing. I was losing a lot when I was using the elliptical but I had to stop using it bc my have lower back damage and the elliptical was making it worse. So idk what to do…

I see that you have hypothyroidism, I also have it. I was diagnosed 18 years ago with it. Have you find that one thing work better than another?

I'm not really looking for weight loss as a result from this. I'm looking more for inches lost. My lower stomach (bc I had a c-section) is the only part of me that has not changed with 50 lbs lost. So I'm hoping that I will be able to tighten the muscles up.

I have a lot more energy. I'm able to carry my 5 y/o to bed. Which I couldn't do before bc it put to much strain on my lower back.

After eating dinner I normally have between 150-400 calories left. I've even bought the 100 calorie packs to help with over eating calories but it doesn't seem to help any.

I heard the fish is really good for weight loss. Well the problem I have with that is that I'm highly allergic to fish and shellfish. I get bored of chicken and I know pork and beef are fattening. Do I just deal with the boring chicken?

I drink between 6-9 cups of water a day. I stopped drinking soda. For the most part I have stopped eating a large amount of dairy. I know this week I haven't eaten the best. I been busy helping at my daughters school since it's her last week of preschool. It is my TOM but I didn't think I could gain that much bc of that.

I eat a little under the calories it tells me too. I have a hard time some day eatting the full calories without eating junk food and I'm trying really hard not to eat junk. I walk about 30 mins 3 days a week and use an elliptical machine for about 10 mins 5 days a week.

Thanks for all the advice. I've already done 2 five min sessions this morning. I have a weak ankle that I am trying to build back up. Thanks for the encouragement. Maybe I will have the courage to post pictures after 4 months. Even thought I get discouraged sometimes, I will keep going because I know this is what's best for me, my daughter and my fiance.
