In a rut. HELP!!!!
In the last month I've been lucky if I've lost 5 lbs. I know I'm still losing but I'm used to losing between 8 and 12 lbs a month. I'm not real sure what I'm doing wrong. I need any and all advice to get me over this hump. I still have 48 lbs to lose by March and I would REALLY like to meet that goal.

What to use in place of hand weights?
I am wanting to start Jillian Michael's 30 day shred but I don't have any hand weights and it's not in the budget right now. What can I use I'm place of them? All opinions welcome. Thank you.

When should I notice results?
I know that with anything exercise results aren't immediate. But I started doing leg lifts and reverse crunches yesterday to try and get rid of (or at least tighten up) my c-section belly. If I do these every day, when should I start to see results?

How accurate is a HRM with calories burnt?
I got a HRM about a week ago and I just started using it today, I checked my calories burnt as soon as I stopped my 15 min elliptical workout and it said I burnt 505 calories.
