Stuck and don't know what to do. Help.

I started using MFP March of 2011. When I first started I didn't have any problems losing weight. I got married March 2012 and started to slack a little bit. At the beginning of this month I decided to start over and try to reach my goal. I'm doing everything that I did the first time and I even started going to the gym 3 times a week but I haven't lost any weight. Any help or suggestions would be great.

Well one thing I think that may help is tracking your food, which it doesn't look like you do very much. You won't know how many cals you are taking in unless you track them somewhere.

This. As they say, "you can't out exercise a bad diet." It looks like you partially track for a couple days in a row, maybe fully track for one and then skip a bunch of days. There is no way to know whether you should be losing any weight or not if you don't track.

For the most part I do pretty good keeping track of what I eat. I didn't this past weekend because I went away for my anniversary. Weekends are hard for me because I stay so busy. But I stay within my calorie goals. I don't know if I have them set to high or set to low.

my workout buddy doesn't track her calories, and wasn't losing any weight, she told me "she doesn't eat much" One day I helped her log her calories and she was shocked to see she had eaten/drank almost 2000 calories BEFORE dinner.

    March 4,5,7 over calorie goal

    March 6, 8, 14 incomplete log

    March 11, 12, 13 under calorie goal

Other than that, you don't have anything logged. I'm not trying to be harsh, but without logging, you really won't know. Your calorie goal could be too low for you (if you feel starved or fatigued) or too high (if you don't lose any weight) but you will never know unless you accurately track everything for at least a month.

At 1400 calories, you should be losing weight. If you want to adjust the calorie goal, you can probably bump them up and still lose weight but it won't matter if you don't track. You should be weighing pretty much everything you eat because serving sizes are often off. Bacon says the serving size is 3 slices but then lists a weight, by weight, it's usually closer to two slices.

If you think you would be better off sticking to a higher calorie diet with 1 lb a week loss, then you should change your calories. But, again, there is no way you can say that you aren't losing weight at the current settings if you don't even track your food most days.
