I weigh in every morning. I never understood the "once a week" method either. Weighing in every morning holds me accountable and it works for me, so that's the only logic I have behind it. I would say, do whatever works best for you!

Working out in the morning makes all the difference, and this is coming from someone who is NOT a morning person! When that alarm goes off at 4:55 AM (and then again at 5:00 AM... yes, it takes two alarms because I always try to ignore the first one!), I drag myself out of bed to the work out clothes I have laid out for…

I LOVE ZUMBA! I use www.zumbacalories.com.

I'm not a fan of exercise either, but I just try to think of it as one of the things I have to get done each day. And I try to mix it up. I switch between the treadmill, stepper, spinning, Zumba, yoga... and I always round out the day with a nice long walk with my dog. None of these are my favorite things, but they are…

Just start with walking. If you don't normally walk every day, this is make a big difference at first. Then ,start adding some more distance and you'll be surprised how it becomes part of your routine and when you don't do it, you'll actually miss it. If you don't want to go alone, find a walking buddy and each of you can…

I wouldn't let my ex in my place alone, even if we were on good terms. I put all of my ex's things in a box and left it outside on my porch for him to come get. That way, there was no reason to talk or for him to come inside.

Don't give up! I went through the same thing and then, out of no where, the weight started to fall off. Keep doing what you're doing, make sure you eat enough and drink a ton of water. Just hang in there and know that even if the scale doesn't show it, you're doing something good for yourself!

I work a 9-5 desk job for a computer company, but even though I am sitting all day, I ditched my chair for a yoga ball, and I try to mix things up throughout the day. I recently started attempting to add 10 sit ups on the ball for every hour I am at work, and I also brought in little hand weights to try and get some extra…

I don't think it's true. As long as you stay within your limits, then you should be fine.

Great job! Keep up the good work!!

My boyfriend is the first person I met on match.com. I knew he was perfect the moment we met and that was 3 years ago. I've never been happier!

I weigh in every morning, to keep myself in check. I know there will be fluctuations, but it helps to keep me in check.

This is SO true!

Good for you and you look great! Keep up the great work!

Awesome! Congrats to you and keep up the good work!

Although I do have the privilege of having to drive past my gym to get to my house, so I make myself stop and workout before I even go home, I also won't allow myself to sit down when I get home until everything I need to do is completed. I have a dog that should be walked everyday, so I know that I can't sit down until we…

I met my boyfriend on Match.com and we're approaching our 3 year anniversary in January. I moved into his house about a year ago and we're happier than ever. I was hoping for a ring for Christmas, but he said he heard me tell someone that and he didn't want me to get my hopes up and that he was not proposing for Christmas.…

I had a Gazelle and thought it was noisy and I really wasn't getting a good workout from it. I actually just sold it on Craig's List. For me, joining the gym and having to pay the monthly fee (which isn't too bad at $39/ mo) was actually motivating to me. I didn't want to waste the money, I'm at the gym with people who…

I use a yoga ball at work all day and I love it. My back doesn't hurt anymore, I don't slouch anymore, and I get to bounce around all day to my music. I highly recommend it. I just got one at Target (cost like $11). They come in different sizes and there is a graph on the box that tells you which one you need according to…
