i does get easier ! you really have to be serious about this though which i'm sure you are other wise you wouldn't want advise. once you add mfp into you daily routine you wont want to go a day with out it. and its definately easier when you have a team behind you !! you will do great !!!

calories in calories out just cut out processed foods and sweets i just learned that too lol

dont give up hun it will come off give it time i had the same issue ive been working out for 9 weeks and no weight loss ive lost 7.5 inches just take a second look at your diet and continue to work out it will come off and measure yourself you body composition will change

like the full wings that are connected i count those as 2 wings i would like to enter my own measurements but i like all the micros correct like the sodium and things to be correct that why i use the ones that are already in there

i have to push myself to get 1200 but that's without measuring the majority of my food i feel like i should start carrying my food scale and measuring cups everywhere lol and my macros are 50% carbs which i hate the idea of because i'm also diabetic so i cant tolerate that much with out my blood sugar going crazy 30%…

im not going to stop the cardio my body is used to it now if i dont do it i dont feel like myself

the cardio im going to continue on a daily and the lifting im going to cut back a little

im going to start using my food scale more regularly :)

im going to do that i try to cut processed food out but money is always tight so sometimes i feel i have no choice :(

i have a little bit of change my profile pic the one in the grey was last week the one n the black shirt was me when i started i didn't see a difference till i put the pic next to each other i have people all the time telling me i look like i've lost weight and id rather look better :)
