i go to the gym 4-5 days a week and do at least a hr of cardio and lift 3 times a week

i have a little bit of change my profile pic the one in the grey was last week the one n the black shirt was me when i started i didn't see a difference till i put the pic next to each other i have people all the time telling me i look like i've lost weight and id rather look better :)

i would love to work out in the am but it wont fit into my schedule that way

but i should have lost at least 18 - 20 pound by now i don't get it at 9 weeks i should have seen some loss right how long did it take you guys to see loss like i'm getting a little impatient here :(

hey i had this problem too about how much i should eat but the daily goal the mfp sets for you is without eating any of the exercise cals back the bmr is what you can eat with eating with eating some exercise cals back but dont go over that and the tdee is what you burn every day just doing what you normally do without…

its ok hun my sister says that to me all the time and gues what while shes sitting there at the buffets and resturants and eating junk im in the gym doing what i have to do just like you your doing great and so what all you eat is salads in time i bet your sis will want to only eat salads too :D

no heart rate montior at the moment and the goal on here is 1770 a day but i thought that you have to burn more then you eat so if i was to eat the whole 1770 wouldnt i have to burn at least that and net low to lose ???? and i do weight most of my food

hello everyone im 27 yr old and i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes when i was pregnant with my daughter my blood surgars are in control not currently taking any meds my a1c is not high but id rather control my food intake instead of medicine was on insulin when i was pregnant feel free to add me
