I gained 3 lbs this weekend also! I told myself I had been doing so good I could take a break over the weekend and well look what happened. But it's ok, I'm moving on and getting back on track!! :happy:

I used it for about 2 months and in that time I lost 30 lbs. I would've kept taking it but it did start making me get the shakes and my heart was racing. When I went in to the doctor he said it was from the pills and even gave me an EKG because he said the pill can affect your heart. Everything came back fine on the test…

I am also on this pill. My doctor prescribed it because I was pre-diabetic. I am on my third month right now and have lost 30 lbs on the pill. I did day 3 of level 1 yesterday and it still kicked my butt! I'm determined to keep trying though. I did notice it was a little easier than day 1 for sure. I never stick with anything so this time I am going to make sure and do it!
