I lost 1.2 lbs. this week. It's feeling really good seeing the numbers on the scale going down.
I leave for vacation next Tuesday. I'm going to Florida for my nephews wedding, and I LOVE wedding cake, but I will try to control myself (a little). I'm not sure I'll have access to a scale so I probably won't be weighing in until Apr. 15th, I hope it's not going to be too big of a shocker. If I get a chance I will check in next week and see how everyone is doing.
Great job to everyone on their weight loss. Lets keep it going.

This week's challenge... I had a stomach bug one day so we'll just say it didn't work out. Stomach bugs are miserable but at least they are good for weight loss.

Disappointed, but not surprised...no loss this week again. My legs are still hurting like crazy from Wednesday's bootcamp. I know I'm retaining water like crazy, but still would have loved to see the scale move down. I'm waiting until Sunday (at the latest) to turn in my official weigh in this week.
Need to clean up my eating (and my ktichen...:laugh:). I slept AMAZING last night so I'll be getting up tomorrow morning to go back to my kickboxing class which I haven't been to in probably 2 months. I don't know why, but all of a sudden I'm intimidated of going back. Will face my fear tomorrow.0 -

Good morning guys I had one of those mornings where I felt lighter so I got up and weighed in and I wanted to wait til tomm to report my monthly weight for the start of April so I sure hope I don't sabotage my efforts. Things are looking up I am going to still wait til Monday to report my weight here Denise I am not trying to confuse you especially with all that you do!!!:bigsmile:
I was sharing in my excitment to see the scale going the other direction whew!!! No Charmaine it's not party time it's time to continue to dig deeper so it can be even more come Monday!!!:drinker:

This week I had some great workouts. The only thing keeping me from a bigger number is my eating has been out of control the last 2 days. The sodium has been way up. (It's one week from TOM so that explains the hunger, I just have to learn to control it,)0 -

For the weekly mini-challenge I have been drinking at least 1 cup of fat free milk per day, so far!
BTW - large loss this week likely due to fact I was sick on Wednesday and not that great of an appetite on Thursday.0 -
I'm allergic to milk and soy. Can't find any goats milk not processed on cow milk equipment so I did not do the challenge. I did take my calcium though.week weight

Yesss!! Slow and steady wins the race. Right? I had a 1.1 lbs loss this week. I'll gladly take that and keep going!

Gained a little this week which is a big disappointment, but I'm 5 lbs down from yesterday (was retaining a lot of water due to sore muscles). Cranking it up on notch this week and added new April and weekly goals on my profile. Eating clean is the biggest one I'm striving for this week. Would really love to record a loss for the first time in this competition!

we are up to 59 participants...hope we put up huge numbers in our total loss by july....anyone want to venture a GUESS????
there are 15 weeks...about 20 people didnt report the first week's weigh in.....
i'm gonna throw out the first guess and say as a group we are going to lose 550lbs by july 4th....i'd love to say that i hope EVERYONE loses 1lb per week which would be 885lbs but unfortunately i think we are gonna lose some along the way....PROVE ME WRONG PEOPLE!!!!!
I think we can lose 600lbs. BTW my starting date was 3/27/11 and not 3/2 my mistake.0 -

not sure what you are doing for weigh ins....if you weigh in on friday then report it sometime over the weekend by monday...i update the spreadsheet from thurs thru monday for the week have just finished....so right now i am updating everyone from 3/31-4/4...just get me a weight SOMETIME between thurs and monday.....i am marking you down for 199 for this week's weigh in since you weighed that on 3/31 which is within this current week...does that make sense???I think I had my weigh in weeks all wack...Since I weighed in on friday will go with that for Thursdays weigh in.
