Ugh, wouldn't you know I reported my weight on Friday (stayed the same), and got on the scale today and lost a pound?? Hopefully it'll say down and maybe I'll lose a little more by the next weigh-in!!0

ifychudy is our biggest loser this week with 1.81% loss.....
peyton115 is still our biggest loser overall with at total of 6.37%
kris1085 is creeping towards 199.9....
sho_barnes smashed thru the 200s right to 198 this week....
total pounds lost this week as a group was 21.3
total pounds lost in 4 weeks is 158.6.....
we have 46 people participating as of this week...
we have 10 people who did not report this week as of now and who will be dropped next week off the list to join the 24 people i have already dropped off as they have either never reported a weight or missed 2 weeks in a row...if they report to the thread, i'll happily add them back to the list....
great job to those lose and to those who are maintaining...those that gained stick it out...it's just one week....next week WILL BE different if you make it happen.....

wow!! I never knew it could be possible but am thankful to all of U for the support and to you Denise for doing such an amazing job with your encouraging words and putting up chart.
Well, for this week's challenge, the only thing I could come up with is: Do any workout dvd you have never tried or one you haven't done in a while. For myself, I am going to continue with my Insanity and in addition, I will throw in P90X and JM 30D for up to 3 days this week. Again, since I am new at this, I am open for suggestions. So, please, if any body has anything to add, you are more than welcome.

you are welcome to join...just post to the thread a start weight and then post your next weigh in sometime between thurs and mon to the thread...i'll update the chart and include you once i get the start weights....

My update is below my ticker.
Gained a pound I was down by 1.2 lbs the other day!
It's just slow digestion, I'm sure. Darn IBS!
On a good note... my fat percentage is down from last year! And I just plain feel thinner somehow0 -
My ticker is messed up (won't let me change my starting weight), but my stats are in my signature. I weigh in on Thursdays, and I'll make sure I post it here.0

3/31: 165.6 (went up a little...thanks to spring break, then back down. How funny it's the exact same as last week!)
4/7: 165.2 (If I hadn't gone up a little, I would have thought my scale was broke! I have to get it together & MOVE!)
4/14: 165.0 (not thrilled...I was 164.2 earlier this week!!! grrrrr!)
