    we are up to 53 people in our challenge...i' m sooo happy so many have found us and are really looking forward to this challenge...with that being said, i will remind you now and again tomorrow am...if i dont have your weight by midday on monday i will be dropping your name off the list...there are JUST too many people to hunt up weights...if you are serious about our challenge and reaching your 4th of july challenge, you should be ready willing and able to post up your current weight...please remember to only report ONE weigh in each week...if you are not sure you want to post on thursday or friday and want to wait until sunday or monday that is fine, but please dont "change" your weekly weigh in after you post it to the thread...if i have updated you on my spreadsheet, i dont want to doubt myself when i see a new weight if i already have put one in for you...hope that makes sense....you can post a "NEW" weight any day after monday for the next week....everyone is doing great...many many many great losses so far...still need about 25 weights to complete this week's weighin....

    REMINDER...you have until 12noon (EST - LOL) to get them to me to be included in this weeks chart...

    300 crunches/jump and jacks each by sun 30 pushup no ways ill do 300 by sunday:)

    OMG didn't complete the challenge and my weight gain this week is horrible what is going on with me right now still pushing foward!!!!

    Good morning! I weighed in this morning - didn't get one single day of challege done. That's awful! The only stuff I did was in my 30 day shred and I told myself I wasn't going to count those... I vow to do better this week :tongue:
