90 pounds! That's incredible, well done! Such a difference

You're doing so well, keep focusing on yourself and staying on track with your sobriety, you've come such a long way and should feel really proud, well done! Don't worry too much about your text battle, the fact he only wound you up and wasn't able to suck you back in shows how much stronger you've become. You're so brave…

Wow you can really see the difference! Well done on your hard work and thanks for sharing

Looking good! Such a difference! What are your stats, what's your story?

To Canada immediately! Looks soooo good!

I just luuuurve it so much. I used to have it on toast or just straight from the jar. Now I have a tablespoon of it with strawberries, and pancakes. Yum.

Hmm gotta be honest... one of my fellow curvy pals announced that she'd lost 30lbs on FaceBook, I was super happy and pleased for her... but ALSO panicked that she would be thinner than me and that I'd be the fat one of the group. That gave me the initial push but now I'm seeing results I'm doing it for myself and because…

Hi. My starting weight and goal is very similar to yours. So far I've lost 35lbs, it's been slow and steady over about a year. Please do add me if you'd like!

I've been reading this over the last few days. The kind words, concern and support the majority are offering is wonderful.. Please can I get a group invite? OP you are so brave and stronger than you realise. You've done so well making efforts in battling your addiction. You may find that losing your job will end up being a…

Hey! I'm 27, this is my 247th day on MFP, I've lost 30lbs and about have about 20 more to go! I don't eat clean or slog it out at the gym, I just log everything and eat whatever I want that fits in my calories. Add if you're likeminded and looking for support!
-
Wonderful, thank you for sharing your families successes. Congrats!
-
Yep. Sure do. It is working for me. If I was to cut out all the unhealthy aka tasty food I would give up before I'd even started! Most days I save enough calories for an evening chocolate snack, today it was a crème egg. Yum.

I sometimes wonder whether the MFP forums had something to do with me losing my job recently. A few months before the big redundancy I was told off for excessive internet use and it was 100% MFP forums. I am somewhat envious that everyone else seems to get away with it so well!

What an amazing transformation! Congratulations on your success x

This is an amazing transformation as cheesey as it sounds. You are half the woman you were and are unrecognisable! Congrats to you and thanks for the inspiration!

Well done on your progress, that is amazing! Your face looks totally different! I also like your new hair!

Ooh by 'cheat' I just mean higher calorie meals, take-aways, junk food, eating out etc. If it isn't cheating by staying in my calorie goal that works for me!
-
I'm no expert but I don't think it should be affected in less you are massively under eating? How many calories are you eating?
-
The only thing I do not log is drinks, which only consists of tea, water and very occasionally fruit juice. I log condiments because I like mayo which all adds up.
-
Well done on your 15 pound loss! I have the occassional cheat meal but I always log it, I stay within my calorie allowance though. For example if I am planning a big dinner eating out I will have a small breakfast and lunch so that it all fits in. Some people have cheat days/weekends where they do not log at all, but this…

Hey don't under estimate your achievement, 28 pounds is a lot of weight to lose, losing any amount of weight is hard work and you should be really proud of yourself. You just need to work out your maintenance calories and keep on logging!
-
Well done on your progress, this is a more than a 'mini' success for sure! You look smaller all over and you can especially see the weight loss in your face and mid-section. Great work
-
Wow, amazing progress! Well done and thanks for sharing your positivity! I've not had children... I would love a tum like yours  Slow and steady wins the race!

Why force yourself to eat if you don't feel hungry? Eat when you feel hungry. As long as you are eating enough throughout the day that is all that matters. I often don't feel hungry until 11am so eat then. The whole breakfast starts your metabolism thing is a myth. In fact it makes me hungrier and want to eat more before…

Wow, you really do look like a different person. An amazing weight loss, congrats!

I love milk, I have it everyday. With my cereal and a glass before bed. I can only drink skimmed and I just find others too creamy. But I could not cope without milk!

Just do whatever works for you. I'm not a lover of the pre-packaged diet foods but I can see why they work over a short period of time. I would just worry about weight gain when you go back to normal eating, as with anything. Whether it is lazy, easy, simple, who cares. Just find a way that works for you and that you can…
