DONE. Didn't realize i had it in me! thought i was going to vomit a couple of times after 10 minutes but i pushed myself and i did it yay!

Week 5 Day 3 Tomorrow, can't believe i have to run 20 minutes straight, i hope i can do it. The 8 minutes on week 5 day 2 wasn't as bad as i thought it would be and i still had energy at the end so hopefully i will be able to manage 20. Fingers crossed!

Hi at the moment I'm on week 4 on C25K, up until this week i've been doing well and have liked my progress and really enjoyed it but week 4 is sooo hard. I'm on day 3 now and each time i've really struggled and had to push myself so much to finish each 5 minute jog to the point of feeling a bit sick, i'm dreading week 5.…

same i like the idea of running in the morning but when it gets to when i have to wake up an actually do it it's just impossible for me so i do it in the evenings before dinner but i have a banana before so im not running on an empty stomach
