I'm on week 2 day 1 right now. Up to now i've been putting 300 calories burnt each time, but i'm having doubts whether this is right. Does anyone know how much you burn each session each week exactly? thank you!

Couch to 5k- 4 sessions a week instead of 3?
Is it ok to do an extra day i feel i shouldn't have 2 days off from running and it would help my progress to do 4 days a week instead of 3 so it's 1 day off 1 day running all week?

Couch to 5k iphone app query
i'm just about to start this couch to 5k ,week 1 day 1 i was testing it out to see what it was like and when it says jog on the app the voice says run. So when im alternating do i walk then run as fast as i can or just a gentle pace jog? I want to do everything right so i can benefit from this app. Thanks
