Couch to 5k - ACHES AND PAINS question

Ok so i was wondering why at the start of the program my hips really hurt then it went away after a while then around week 3 it was my ankles and that went and now it's my knees at the beginning of week 5. How come the individual pains are coming one after the other I would have thought at the beginning everything would hurt then it would just go away. it's weird has that happened to anyone through their c25k. It's not bothering me or anything, Just curious.

Its happened to me. Not sure why..but of course, I played sports growing up...so I've got some knee and ankle probs. Not sure if thats why or not. My hip prob that I've got now is because I was dehydrated when I ran and I pulled something....so make sure you've got plenty of water in ya and that'll help the muscle's and tendons part of it...otherwise..it might just be your body getting adjusted to doing stuff again...I think thats what it is w/me anyway.0
