I loooove the taste but I agree- its too sweet. I made it myself once and added less sugar and it was AWESOME but too much work. Also, I just want to point out the lack of a word for "too sweet" in the English language. It bugs me every time I say "too sweet" :tongue:

Sorry Op, I don't have much to add to your original question but I checked this out out of curiosity...it told me I would need to lose 14lbs in order to be "ideal". Down to 90-99lbs. Not sure I would put too much faith in this. Its better to just go by how you feel and look imho.

If it makes you this worried I'd say no. Would you feel better if you kept it under control? Usually the weight gain of just a couple days of going nuts doesn't stick around for long (a couple weeks at most) but if its going to make you this stressed out maybe its better to eat well or fit some treats into your macros…

I don't get it. You know how many cals are in the whole recipe right? Just cut it into 8 equal portions and say you ate 1/8th of the calories.

Really? Even on her 5,000 cal days? Crazy. I have to admit, I would like to eat 5,000 calories a day... Of steak...5,000 in bananas sounds like a crap fest. Literally and figuratively.
