Just from personal experience, I never looked it up or anything: I used to get headaches when I skipped meal back when I ate a lot of treats as "meals" such as poptarts or muffins for breakfast. I figure it was just a sugar crash. Eating more often or less sugary food fixed it.

I've had two people I've just met say I'm tiny this last week. One said it repeatedly. She could not believe how small I was, I was like a child, even my feet were ridiculously small etc :laugh: ! Made me smile because I was always the not-so-petite petite before. Now I'm just petite I guess :glasses:

You might also try eating more filling food. For instance, if I eat fruit for breakfast I'm hungry in an hour. If I have an egg, sticks with me till lunch, even for the same calories. I take my shirt off if its hot and I'm wearing a sports bra underneath. It seems to make some people uncomfortable but its really liberating so I don't think I'll stop. I was always jealous before of girls that could go to the park and jog in their bras. I hate jogging but I go to the park and dress like a jogger now haha.

I would say taste everything but don't stuff yourself ever. Leave the table feeling like you could have had just a little more, completely comfortable, not hungry but also not full. Double the amount of whatever you usually make at dinner; eat that for lunch. Calorie counting and meal cooked all in one. Use a microwave safe dish to take it to work (in an insulated bag) and you can even nuke it easily.
