Peel the orange first, then weigh it. Easiest! With apples, i take the core out first and then weigh the portions I am going to eat. Then I look for USDA entries. Seems to be the most accurate.

Everything in moderation. If I can make it fit, then I have it. But at the same time I usually make sure I hit my protein goal for the day! And drink plenty of water!

Also, just remember everything in moderation! I found controlling my portion sizes really helped, thats why IIFYM works for me :wink:
