Please feel free to add me. I am back at this after gaining my weight back after I quit smoking. I have to take the good with the bad. I log everything. May not be ideal foods and I know I can do better but I am honest. Just think 2 lbs a month is 24 in a year. ;)

You may need to up your calories. You are a busy woman with two kids (mine are 6 & 7), so your activity level is going to be high anyway. Try using the TDEE Calculator to recalculate your calorie intake. http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/

Pack that lunch. Everyone at my work goes out and I work for a Restaurant equipment dealer, so it is even harder. Don't focus on what you can't have, focus on everything in moderation. Start eliminating small things and before you know it, you will be two pounds away. ;) Feel free to add me.

A reward system worked for my nephew. Everytime he slept in his bed all night without crying and getting up, he could put a sticker on the weekly chart. At the end of the chart (however you want the timeline to be) he was rewarded for this (chuck-e-cheese, etc) Good Luck!!

You know, I am doing the exact same thing. Eating first thing in the morning. I do love breakfast foods, but I am not usually hungry for it first thing in the morning. I eat anyway, and find myself eating (albeit healthy) more often. This completely makes sense to me. I am not losing anything like I want, but hopefully…
