Please feel free to add me! I'm trying to focus primarily on health and not get too worked up over the scale. I'm not much into weights, but love to bicycle. (And yes, I know it would be good for me to do the weights thing. Working on it.)0

Hey I've been here for about 2 years now and I'm getting good slow results but happy and mainly happy for the lifestyle transformation.
Feel free to add me if you want some supportive friends0 -
Since the phone app has weekly totals, I'm more focused on having good weeks with a lesser emphasis on each day. This gives me a little more freedom and it's been pretty easy to maintain. Working out regularly helps too.
Best wishes!0
