I also bought a (I think Hanes) sports bra from WalMart with a BUILT IN BRA!! Oh my goodness, it's so comfortable. I use it for exercising and everyday use - LOVE IT! It was only $9 and they had up to 42DD
-
I would only buy 1-2 bras that fit. As you lose weight, most likely your bra size will go down. I have tons of bras that no longer fit - not even 'almost fit'!
-
sorry, just realized you were looking for a regular Bra. can't help you there, I wear my sports bras everyday ;)

I wear Lily of France High Impact Sports Bra - found at Khols and they are currently on sale for $16.99 - if you have a Khols charge, you can get 30% off! Code is SAVEBIG30 http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-1061570/lily-of-france-reversible-high-impact-sports-bra-2151801.jsp

there comes a point where you just have to be happy with what your body looks like. You can tone, but there's only so much you can do - I heard Jillian Michael's once say not matter how hard she works, her butt still looks like *kitten*. So we all have our 'bad spots'. You are probably the only one that knows about it!

#5 in 2½ weeks is VERY good! the way my clothes fit are my best indicator I have calipers and a scale that supposedly measures body fat % - I still go by the way my clothes fit
-
I have mine set to #1/week working out 6 days a week for 30 minutes a day and Active - and it gives me 1260. I eat back my exercise calories (Usually 300-400), but I try to get 1700. My calories if I was to maintain is about 2252 - so even taking 500 for #1 a week is 1752, much higher than what MFP gives me
-
I don't feel that reaching my goal deservs a reward since it was eating bad and not moving that got me where I was in the first place :( Now if I get some muscle - I earned that - I'll reward myself with an eliptical
-
on the 2nd fit test (on day 3 of week 3 now) I had lost #2 - no inches I'm not worried about it. I feel so much better already

2 minutes and 37 seconds. I was barefoot, though I probably could have went a little longer if I had shoes on because my toes started cramping up!

I have this scale and LOVE it - with a tare feature! http://www.zappos.com/oxo-good-grips-5-lbs-food-scale-with-pull-out-display-black?ef_id=UZqrIwAABLbarmcy:20130604144018:s

the closer you get to your goal, the smaller your deficit should be. You are almost at maintenance now . . . I (personally) wouldn't have a deficit larger than 500 calories. You want something you will be able to maintain, to keep the weight off once it's gone :)

Looking at the Diary, on June 3- 1326 calories were consumed. 725 calories were burned exercising - so theoretically there were 601 calories left to fuel the body. Doesn't sound like enough to me - am I wrong?
-
looked at your diary and you need to eat a lot more! Your total should equal your goal.
-
the hummus I have here says only 2g of protein per serving . . . that's not really very much
-
Measuring and weighing are two totally diffent things. I can measure a cup of cereal and weigh a cup of cereal and from the measuring cup 99% of the time it measured out to more than a serving. Weighing is more accurate

You probably are not eating enough. You wouldn't be 'just eating to eat' you'd be eating to fuel your body. That's why we eat ;) Add some nuts or peanut butter to your daily food intake - good high calories that add some protein I was stuck with the same #3 coming and going for over 3 months. I knew there was something I…

About 4 years ago I told a friend (I was a size 10/12 at the time) "I know I will never be a size 6 again, but I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin and not dread buying new clothes because I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror". Today I am a size 0-4 depending on the brand. So never say NEVER! I still…

Looking at your food diary you ABSOLUTELY need to eat more. A lot more. 1250 for a sedentary male, is too low. Since you are doing Insanity 6 days a week, change your activity level to 'active' and eat up to your net goal daily. You will then see the scale go down!
-
congrats! I had a plateau - the same #3 up and down since the end of February - finally started eating more and the scale is moving again - at a rather rapid pace, too!
-
BTW - the Unreal candies are THE BEST!
-
I have no 'forbidden' list. I couldn't go the next 40-50 years (hopefully) saying, "I can't eat that". If I like it, I eat it.
-
I honestly have no idea. I would guess at breakfast I was eating 4-5 servings ('only' 2 bowls) of cereal - right there, probably 700-800 calories for breakfast alone. i had NO IDEA what a serving was. I assumed it was my bowl. Unaware that 'my bowl' is actually about 2½ servings. When I started weighing and measuring food…

Just started week 2 of Insanity. Lovin' it. Feel free to add me!

Upper Michigan - AKA - the U.P. of Michigan - God's Country

when I had nearly #40 to lose, I lost at an average rate of #3/week and that was by using MFP guided goals and not doing anything extreme.
-
No, I have it set to active, #1/week with exercising 6 days a week for 30 minutes.
-
it adjusts it according to my height/weight/age - that's why i'm confused. If my weight on the scale itself is accurate wouldn't the maintenance caloric needs be accurate?
-
i saw insanity on youtube under the user name sk k last week, maybe it's still there?

I work as a restaurant manager at an Italian restaurant and probably eat 200-400 calories testing food. I usually walk 3-5 miles while working so I figure I burned it off anyway, I usually don't add it unless I didn't get a real meal that night.
