Height 5'10" SW : 229lb CW - 215.8lbs EasterGW - 204 Long Term Goal - 165 (By Christmas - a little over 1.2 lb a week given the easrly large losses attainable with work - last time i was 165 was sometime in the 80's) 13.2 pounds down so revising my Easter goal to 204lbs 7 weeks left 11.8 lbs. that I can do.

my SW was 229 at the beginning of the year my Goal is ultimately 165-170 but by my birthday (mid july) my goal is 50lbs (179) the remainder is goal by year end because i know the first big chunk is the easiest the closer i get the harder it will get to lose. You can just explain its part of the fitness goal For me it was time to quit. A huge part of my life has been spent around the music scene Drinking to excess is the norm So is quitting. I still have a nice collection of Bordeaux that my wife and friends will drink
