Hey - Its nice to find someone like me. I'm 5'7" and 155. I started increasing in weight about 3 months ago for no apparent reason. I'm stuck at around 154-156. I'm scared that I am going to keep gaining weight but I typically eat at or under my calorie goals. Its frustrating.

Did you also dramatically change your diet or just add tons of running?

beckysummer burned 229 calories doing 25 minutes of "Circuit training, general" Is this what everyone else is using for their exercise????

I use it, too. Have you noticed that the amount of calories that it says you burn don't match up to the exercise categories on MFP?

Dave's Killer Bread. Hands down. It is the best bread I have ever eaten. While not totally low cal it is super high in fiber. I like to eat it with Athenos hummus.
