I started my journey in January and today June 12, 2012. 5 months later.....i'm down 23lbs and still working progress. YOU ALL can do it if I CAN.

in january i was wearing size 12 (US) and the ones i'm wearing today are 8 (US) and baggy...going to be shopping for a 6 soon. YOU ALL can do this!!0

well done!! great feeling huh? I lost around 20 kgs before joining up on here. really need to get more pics up on my profile. I have an older one when I was at my heaviest. The pics are great motivators plus once you start dropping you feel so much better. Good job!!!0

i cut out all processed foods...added tons more veggies and fruits, and cut out almost all pasta. Low sugar...drink tons of water and watch my sodium intake.
i started with 30DS and other JM DVD's.0 -
Can really see an extreme change already. Keep it up!0
