Staying within the 20's percentage is considered healthy at your age. Everyone has a different goal as far as what they prefer, either health or aesthetic goals. I feel healthy when I am closer to the low 20 percent, so it's really what you want for yourself. My goal though is to hit between 18-20% for myself.

Hello, I dont rest longer than 15-30 seconds between sets. I also do circuits straight through, or HIIT of a cardio move between lifting sets. I really could care less if everyone is watching me bust out burpees or mountain climbers between lifting sets in the middle of the room, its my workout.

I can definitely relate. We eat our meals together, but I will only eat small portions and with all veggies for my entrees. He will eat the starch and larger portion of our meals. Other times, I just cook him separate meals than mines.

Hello, I work out 6 days a week. I make sure I lift weights for major muscle groups 4 days a week for at least an hour. Hi, im not sure what your body frame is, but Im 5'4" as well and my medium frame healthy weight should range between 125-140, so my goal weight is 130. From what I know, 1500 is a good amount of calories to work on to lose at a slow healthy pace.

I agree. Im trying to lose weight, but mostly fat specifically and maintain my muscles. If you eat too little your body begins to use muscle as a source of energy. I eat more on my days that I exercise more intensely.
