Goal Weight for Ladies 5'4 to 5'5

Basically I am about 120 pounds (118 right now) and would like to get down to about 110 pounds. I'm 5'4 and 1/2. I am just interesting in what everyone's thoughts are. I just recently went from eating about 3,000 calories a day to 1500 calories and exercising 45 minutes a day. - I haven't really kept track on here. Okay, thanks guys!

    Hi, im not sure what your body frame is, but Im 5'4" as well and my medium frame healthy weight should range between 125-140, so my goal weight is 130.

    From what I know, 1500 is a good amount of calories to work on to lose at a slow healthy pace.
  • I'm currently 5'4" 127 lbs and I'm trying to get down to 110 lbs, but I will readjust depending on how my body look as I drop the weight.

    My hip bone sticks out a bit as it is right now and it's a bit odd, but not completely unnerving. So if I'm happy at 115 or 120, I may just stop there. I'm going for 1/2 - 1 lb loss every week. And depending on how it goes, I should reach my goal sometime between June and October.

    Whether or not my willpower holds up till then, we'll see. Hahaha.

    That sounds a bit low for 5'4, maybe consider toning rather than losing.
