can not target spec areas, you can exercise them but you will fat where ever your body want to, try lifting weights kettlebells are good cardio and weight training in one could be a good start?

It will also depend on how big you are to start with, i find bigger people loose weight a lot faster Obviously that will slow down and even itself out eventually.
