Have you tried having chamomile tea before you go to sleep and peppermint is great for digestion too. If you feel hungry keep busy and drink more water, herbal teas try and avoid stimulants with caffeine like coffee, tea, soft drinks. Good luck you will get there don’t give up😉

Hi hon, it's really hard and sad she is so young. Can you try and encourage any of her friends to sugest a new sport or interest something to get her out and if she finds somthing she enjoys it will be easier to then take on the weight, maybe. By reminding her you will alienate yourself from her and she maynot confide in…

Hi Welcome to mfp! I have found over the last 2 1/2 months i've been doing mfp the best advise is to log everything you eat/drink and any exercise too. Think of it as a way of life and enjoy it or you won't stick at it. Good luck

Really worked for me, I was fine with 1200 but half to a pound loss a week, upped it to loose less by mfp standards and have actually lost 1-3 per week! Amazing

Lots of things to think about! Instead of tackling everything at once which could be too much, well it would be for me:) Try making a plan for the next couple of days, food plan and take it step by step. Don't be harsh on yourself if you haven't freshly prepared a meal, so long as you have the calories you can use mfp.…

A favourite is honey and mustard chicken, chicken breast in sliced in strips, seal in pan add 2 tsp of honey and 2 tsp of wholegrain mustard and cook until sticky, lovely with a salad and jacket potato or with noodles or with salad for lunchbox. ps I don't like wholegrain mustard but in the recipe it tastes lush!

Hi I've always found that tv or cinema makes me think I'll have a packet of crisps, now I'm having a cup of tea, mint or chamomile. It helps not having the crisps in the house:)

Hi fellow Graze lover! Having just read your diary you eat a far bit of prepared food nothing wrong with that, just they have hidden salt, thickener etc and this might be why you have stayed the same for a while, you could try more fruit and veg and mix the types of food, jacket potato, rice with steamed carrots + brocoli.…
