I found a website called OneOn check them out great reviews on their website and facebook page, I ordered a tub of whey protein max and it came this morning, its was so good, deffo try them out they have lots of different flavours and the price is excellent compared to the crap from holland & barretts deffo gonna order…

I lift weights during my Body Pump class, recommend it if they do classes at your gym At my few years ago when i went gym a lot I used to lift 14.5kg on each side of bar during my squats now i've only joined the gym recently and doing 8.8kg on each side at the moment, the classes I go to are mostly full of ladies lifting…

Just found this, I'm going to try not to binge for the rest of month, I just had a binge fest luckily I burned over 1500 cals today so im still under my cals, its so hard not to binge esp when im studying or trying to :angry:

Actually posted on my status today that i recommend The Workout Mix 2012, I used it today its awesome! I also like Skillet- Comatose Comes Alive album I could jog to that all day.... ok not all day but i've used it for a 10k run :)

porridge oats soya milk no added sugar/salt tinned sweetcorn chicken breast fillet eggs tuna tortilla wrap extra light cheese triangles cherry toms king prawns clementines pears apple oven chips ( not potato chips) crackers thats all i can think of for now :p

I did it this time last year, did 7 days of it, i was 237lbs dropped to around 225, the next week was back to 237lbs :grumble: my advice just eat the minimum cals mfp gives you and drink a lot of water at least 10 cups cos the maple syrup stuff is meant to give you calories but why not eat solid food and hydrate yourself?

I've tried putting a scoop in my oats before i hated it and had to add sugar, will try it again with a half a scoop thanks, I dont tend to eat pancakes and baked goods, and yogurt is cold....

I forgot about this group!! I'll come with my weigh in on Monday guys, been busy ill and just managing to sort myself out...... I have gained a lot of weight though so I wont be losing up to 25lbs for the challenge :(

didn't weigh myself on sunday been really ill and binging so knowning my body i'm probably up 7-9lbs :( ah well, im still ill, really trying not to give up plus my stress with uni work and endless deadlines stressing me out hasnt helped matters with my illness i'm just gonna keep trying no matter how long it takes me :(

My doctor said i have loose patella thats why my knees hurt when i do high impact exercises, i was told not to jog and stuff but i just wear patella support around my knees and its really helped me
