  • Bodybuilding.com for sure, and I would agree that Optimum Nutrition is the way to go. I've also tried Body Fortress from Walmart. Probably as cheap as it gets.
  • They are both good times. After your workout would be the better of the two in my opinion. I don't usually have one before because it makes me feel full during the workout.
  • You could also look into powdered egg whites.

  • In between exercise and meals I sometimes do a little research. Learn about every aspect of a healthy lifestyle. We have different goals, but being healthy is being healthy. Study exercise, nutrition, etc. I know it sounds boring, but you'll learn new workouts and meals and look forward to trying them out. Works for me.
  • I agree with one of the above posts. I get everything ready the night before and put my alarm clock (phone) on the dresser across the room.
