Thank you!! Love this script!

This would be so helpful. I just downloaded the script and won't enable until they fix it. Bummer.

I just checked out your diary. Looks like you are definitely getting plenty of fat! The culprit could be the nuts. I would cut them out for a few days and see what happens.
-
Oh yeah. Good point. How's much fat are you eating?
-
Also try Smooth Move Tea. Works like a charm every time. You could also try Natural Calm. It's a powder form of magnesium that you mix with warm water. Works pretty good too. Good luck!

Ah. Ok. That makes sense. Thanks.

Yes, please explain. If you are gaining weight, you could be gaining muscle, not fat.

I would be careful eating that low. You want to burn fat, not muscle. Where your carbs are low, you want to eat a bit more. Atkins recommends 1500-1800 calories a day, closer to 1500 for women. Don't starve yourself. Slow and steady is healthier. Once you hit maintenance, you'll want to be able to eat "normally" without…

Two weeks may not be long enough for your body to adjust. So, what I suggest is you gradually add calories each day/week. Don't all of a sudden eat another 500 a day. I would start with maybe 100 calories more a day for a week, and continue on from there. You don't want to shock your body too much and gain a bunch of…

Macros are protein/fat/carb daily percentages. Net carbs is probably best. But you can do however you want!
-
Not nonsense. Eating processed food and sugar bloat many people. Me being one of them. It's not actually "spot reducing". It's getting rid of bloat.
-
No sugar or processed foods! Easy on the bread and pasta.
-
I would eat 1700-1800 calories plus your exercise calories.
-
Doesn't look like you are eating enough. Figure out your BMR and eat at least that. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 188 and my BMR is 1500. You initially lost water weight most likely, and now you need to feed your body. And when you work out, you need to eat more.

I did Slim Fast about 25 years ago. I would use the powder mix though, not the cans, and mix in the blender with ice. I would replace dinner with a shake Mon-Friday and relax on the weekends. I lost 50 lbs in a year's time.

Eat your TDEE minus 20%.
-
Just don't eat anything processed if you want to eat clean. I also have 30 lbs to lose. Typically I eat eggs for breakfast, or this morning I had a light english muffin with peanut butter, a huge salad for lunch and a lean protein and veggie and/or rice for dinner. I have fruit and yogurt as snacks. Also cheese sticks or a…

How did you calculate this?? OP's BMR is just over 1400 and works out several hours a week. I would guess your TDEE is closer to 2200. With a 20% deficit, you should be closer to eating 1800 calories a day. OP - you may want to read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/937709-in-place-of-a-road-map-ver-3-0

Nuts, avocado, oils, lean proteins. You are way under your calories. The other day you only netted about 500 calories. Yikes. If your goal is 1560 you should be netting that. No wonder why you've hit a plateau. Eat girl!!

In your profile you state that you want to be healthier. You're going about it the wrong way. You'll never be healthy eating 700 calories a day. You need at least that amount of calories for your organs to function. After that, it doesn't matter when you eat your calories. Go here:…
