Be sure that you are eating organ meats to get the necessary vitamins and minerals when following a carnivore diet. Bone marrow too is a good addition.

Try to stay away from fruit the first couple of weeks. Then slowly add berries if you need to.

Skinny Girl makes a lower cal wine. 100 calories for 5 ounces. Also, if you want to spend some money, Dry Farm Wines has low cal, no sugar, no carbs. Delicious too.

We really can't evaluate unless you start logging consistently. But honestly if you are eating 1800 calories and cycling for one hour, for instance, you are not eating enough for a man that weighs 240 lbs. I would estimate you're burning at least 600 calories.
