When I type in Yoga under cardio, this is what I get: Yoga Stretching, hatha yoga So, yes yoga is there. But it will not be accurate. It definitely depends on the class and the instructor.

Fat Head pizza is probably the best I've ever had: http://www.fathead-movie.com/index.php/2013/06/30/weekend-bonus-the-older-brothers-oldest-sons-faux-carb-pizza/ It's VERY filling.

I quartered and roasted my radishes with some chicken thighs and they came out delicious. Not bitter or spicy taste like raw radishes have.

Thanks baconslave. Yep, we already have a couple of good recipe threads.

Sugar is the enemy! Not saturated fats!

I just sent you a request!

Wow! Can't wait to make these this weekend!

Definitely magnesium deficiency. I take two Twinlab CellMins Potassium and Magnesium before bed and it eliminates the cramping. You can also get Natural Calm. It's a powder that you dissolve in warm water and drink. Helps with constipation too.

Hi Rena, I took a look at your diary. The first couple of things that pop out at me are when you exercise you are way below your calorie goal, i.e., Monday you netted only 868 calories. So your body could be retaliating and holding on to your calories if you do that consistently. I also noticed that you eat a lot of…

Great job!! Low carb friggin' rocks!
-
Oh I get that! But there is a healthy balance is all I'm saying. ;)

Diet is for weight loss. Exercise is for fitness.

I totally get being busy, but your health must take a priority. Take time to eat man!
-
Yes it would!
-
Great job! But seeing you are a man, your calories are dangerously low. That's even low for a woman. Please tell me your diary is not complete.

Go to this calculator to figure it out. No clue if you are male/female or how much you weigh, age. http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ But, you should be eating more calories and more fat, less carbs. For instance, I am a female, 50 y.o., 190 lbs. My macros are the following: Calories: 1549 70% FAT (120 grams) 25% PROTEIN…

Don't go too low with your calories. What will happen once you hit maintenance? You won't be able to eat much without gaining. You don't want your body to get used to eating too little and screw up your metabolism. I am 5'7" and weight 190. When I am not exercising, my total burn is about 1900 calories per day. So I eat…

You don't need to buy one of those gauges. You can get an estimate of body fat by doing some measurements. Go to http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/bf/

I suggest you join a low carb or keto group like this one: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1143-keto Or you're going to get a lot of flack from people that don't "agree" or don't know anything about it. And think they do.

How much water are you drinking? You could very possibly be dehydrated.

Hi there, welcome to low carb. Your protein is actually lean body mass multiplied by .6-1. Not your weight. Go to this keto calculator to figure out your macros. http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ Depending on your goals, your macros should be around 65-70% fat and the rest filled in with protein and carbs.

Come join this group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/102182-dr-phil-the-20-20-diet I plan on starting soon. It's great that you are having these results!
