Just factor Alcohol into your calorie budget and keep working out even if you have a hangover. I haven't stopped getting drunk (College student, shhh), and I haven't seen it negatively effect my progress.

I'm usually never hungry after I work out for some reason. I brought it down to 400....so I guess that's better now. Is it possible to exercise too much?
