How am I doing? (Third Week)
So I noticed myself getting fat. After joining this site and improving my diet a little bit (Calories intake much improved, quality slightly improved) and working out cardio + weight lifting, I think I see slight progress? But it might be my hopes talking. Week 1 Week 3
