I doubt that you can eat too much. I'm no expert, but logically, Fiber makes you feel full, but you don't digest it. I imagine that you could eat too much fiber if that's ALL you ate that day, and nothing else nutritious, but if you've got a healthy, balanced diet, power to you! Fiber it up!! Your bum will thank you.

always eat when you're hungry!! Your body will think it's in "starvation" mode if you don't, and actually save your fat cells! Eat! If it's nighttime, eat something small with a high protein content and lower carb (i.e. cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter&apples), it'll keep you full and will take your body longer to…

IMO: you always want to wait 48 hours after strength training to do it again - to let your muscles recover you can do moderate cardio pretty much every day as long as you're stretching and getting enough water and rest

I managed to get rid of my enormous thighs with the Hip Adducter and Hip Abducter machines. They're basically like the "Thighmaster" but both in and out.

I totally agree!! I lost 30 lbs by making sure I ate every 2 hours! I'm positive I was consuming around 2000 calories/day....but DON'T COUNT calories!!! Just eat small portions of healthy food every 2 hours, keep your metabolism working ALL day, and you will lose weight. agreed. 1200 is way too little.
