Newbie to the board

Hi everyone,
I am new here....have an 8 month old beautiful baby boy who keeps me super busy and very tired. I am finding it hard to get motivated to exercise and find that during the little time that I have to eat, I've been eating junk food! My goal is to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight on my birthday in July!

looking forward to seeing if this will work :)

    Just had a baby 10 months ago and I actually weighed less after he was born then I did when I was pregnant, problem was I was already very overweight! LOL then I gained it all back doing what you did! So welcome! I have well over a 100 pounds to lose BUT any weight to lose is a battle and if achieved is a wonderful thing! Good luck!
