Did Double Day Friday today since I had literally no time to breathe Friday and Saturday. I am down 3 cm in my thighs, 4 in my hips, 1 in my arm since first week's staturday! and I feel very motivated! All that in one week! Starting week 3 tomorrow.

Take a few days off so your body has time to repair muscles and get used to the new exercise. Then pick up where you left off and it wont hurt anymore! Same thing happened to me with insanity in week 1
