Hi there. I started insanity 2 weeks ago and loving it. One thing that has worked for me is trying to do the exercises as Shaun T. describes instead of a modified version that is easier. For example, some sort of moving pushups are part of almost every workout. I find these much more challenging then any exercise focused more on the lower body and at the beginning could only do 1 or 2 in each set. Now I can do up to 5 or 6, which has me excited every day (even when my body is tired and sore) what I am capable of today. Hope that helps

Same here...i need motivation to keep going. Last time I started Insanity, the farthest I got was 2 weeks. This time I am determined to go through the entire programme, also, I think T25 gave me foundation to start Insanity.

Thanks Marx135, it is nice to know that you are loving this programme. I am going to start from Monday and insanity gave some great 'transformations' that have I have seen. Lets work on it together and make sure that we 'EARN' the bodies we deserve.
