  • Hi! You and I are about in the same boat only I am not planning to lose quite as much as you. I see great results with lunges and squats. Initially you may appear to gain inches due to the extra work being done to the muscles, but eventually you will lose inches and see great definition.

  • What a great position to be in. I would love to be able to gorge on calories. You can eat potatoes, breads, cereals, rice.
  • I know it isn't what you may be craving, but how about trying something with very few calories to munch on like carrot or celery sticks or bell pepper strips with a wedge of laughing cow cheese. Fruit might be a good choice too. I know it is hard, I feel like munching as we speak.
