Hi guys im new here! i currently weight 134 i want to get to about 120 !
my biggest issue is my legs and stomach atm my legs are pretty big my thighs about 22 inches around im 5 ft 4! can anyone recomennd any good leg exercises

    Hi! You and I are about in the same boat only I am not planning to lose quite as much as you. I see great results with lunges and squats. Initially you may appear to gain inches due to the extra work being done to the muscles, but eventually you will lose inches and see great definition.
