You can have sugar free fudgesicles or sugar free jello. I used to have a piece of sugar free chocolate every now and then. Good luck!

Reese's pieces. 20 of them are less than 100 calories.

I am an eating machine during that time and right before it. It's like I'm going through a growth spurt or something. I usually try to eat more protein. Sometimes though, I just have to give in and eat extra. Sometimes, it's just the way the cookie crumbes and I've found that one bad day of eating is not going to destroy…

Sugar free candy works for me.

Welome!! I LOVE carbs as well. I've made the switch to whole grains though which has really helped. Whole wheat bread, pasta, brown rice. I feel fuller faster and find myself eating less of them. I would die if I couldn't have an ice cream sandwich or some chocolate but I switched to no sugar added sandwiches and sugar…

I usually walk on the treadmill at 4mph for about 30 minutes and then do weights. I have a hate relationship with the elliptical right now but I'll probably start back on that in a couple weeks once I get bored of the treadmill. I really like the bikes also. Sometimes I'll do yoga at home and then go do weights at the gym…

Welcome!! My advise is to stick with the calories that you're allotted and record everything!

I have 2 left feet. I learned a long tme ago that workout DVD's were not my friend and I should stay away from them. Instead I found yoga DVD's are completely rythmically challenged friendly and they do give you a workout.

If I'm treating myself to some Reese's Pieces, I'll suck on one until the candy coating breaks and then suck on the filling. Weird, I know but by the time I have 10 to 15 of them, it's taken me so long to eat them I'm satisfied and don't want anymore.

I get the free e-mails from men's health where they give you lists such as "The best breakfasts" and "The 20 worst meals" stuff like that from Eat This, Not That. I found it's pretty much common sense, but there are some shockers in there.

I love my carbs too!!! I usually have a whole wheat bagel thin with either peanut butter on it, or plain with fat free cottage cheese. It seems to work for me.

I'm a carb addict too! How I love bread! I switched to whole wheat bread, pasta, brown rice. I still allow myself baked Lay's every couple days or I go nuts. I just startiing limiting the amount I eat and when I eat them. If I have a craving for them, I eat them but in moderaton. I still can't give up the pita bread at…

I'm also a newbie and looking for accountability. My work is having a weight loss competition for the next couple months and it has been a great way to keep me on track, but once that ends I know I'll need more support. I recently quit smoking as well and it's been tough, but worth it. Feel free to add me!
