Need Some Friends...

Hello everyone, it's been a tough few months for me. They've all been good and exciting things - got married in October, found a nice place to live, got a great job, etc - but along the way I've picked up several extra pounds from all of the changes and I just can't seem to get myself motivated alone. I've appealed to husband, friends, family, etc. and no one wants to push me or hold me accountable. I've tried doing it all on my own, but I've gone up instead of down. I really need some people in the same boat to keep me in accountability, push me, and motivate me. I would love to join a challenge, but as I'm going through all of the threads, I notice several are already well established, and so it makes it hard to get involved. Not to mention, I just joined today, and so I'm a little overwhelmed.

    Welcome!! Don't be overwhelmed, just take it one day at a time and you'll find what works best for you. Feel free to add me!

    I'm training myself and I'm trying to get myself more motivated then I am right now. i strained the muscles on my left shoulder and ribcage so I was taking it easy until they felt better. Only walking and my job (which requires lots of lifting) Now I'm trying to push myself again. I can help if you want me to.
