What did you fry your eggplant in to get that many calories? I am genuinely curious. I love eggplant fried in butter but have never managed to get it that high in calories.

I think I might have to do a budget and plan out my meals in advance and log before I eat. Maybe then I won't be scared of going over my calories. Yea you guys are right, the mindset of a check account isn't working for me.

I think you should ask YOUR mother how she would feel if she lived close to you and you refused to go see HER on mothers day. I don't think she would feel to loved with that.
