Everyone has a different definition of clean eating....you need to figure out what that is for you. For me it means staying away from highly processed foods and eat real food. I wouldn't go so drastic as cleaning out your entire cupboards. Maybe start no buying processed foods, and use what you have up in a moderate way!

I have the flex and love it. I found the force to be too bulky. If you carry your smart phone with you always, you can sync to that and see your progress. Plus note that they have just recalled the force today.

If your diabetes is that bad, I would just consider not eating fast food at all!
-
Maybe it means they are regular!

I think in terms of excercise whatever you think you can enjoy and sustain for the rest of your life is the way to go. But for me personally I like heavy lifting cause I like to eat! I also like to eat my tdee every day and not count excercise this works for me now. That being said I lost all of my weight on weightwatchers…

Yes, every season I buy 100lbs of blueberries direct from the farm and freeze them costs about $1 a pound and they are organic. I don't do smoothies but I put them in my yogurt every day. I also freeze alot of veggies in season.

Yes, Yes I did! I am here everyday and I haven't seen any fat bashing threads, but lots of "real women" threads.

The more energy your body expends the more nutrients(calories) it needs! All of this though does not apply to extremely obese people though because they can eat at a large calorie deficet until they are out of the morbidly obese range.
-
A dietician would have more specialized knowledge than your gp about nutrtition.
-
How are you obtaining your excercise calories? Is it from mfp or a hrm? If it's from mfp you may be overestimating and may actually not have as much of a deficet as you think.
-
Yes good advise except I would replace doctor and nutritionist with dietition because most doctors are not schooled much in nutrition and anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Dietitions are educated and regulated.
-
. Well help me then, I seriously jusy tried with no luck....I don't like to post my face on the internet!
-
So if you stopped eating crap all the time you would be all good! Sometimes that's all it takes! So you are on the right track. The OP maybe not so much!

Because 1200 calories and not eating back your excercise is an extreme diet and extreme diets don't work in the long term was my point all that happens is that you gain it back...I know this from years of dieting and the weight always came back once the diet ended. Slow and steady wins the race. You need to eat the way you…
-
I guess the question is can you eat 1200 calories for the rest of your life? I think you should eat your TDEE minus 10-20%(if you are trying to lose) and be realistic about your actitvity level when calculating your tdee and not eat back excercise calories. If you are eating your bmr then you should definately be eating…
-
Think of it as a NSV in a way......you can't eat that much any more! Your stomach has shrunk! Tomorrow is another day!
-
I would either rest or just do a mild cardio workout.
