Thanks for all of the replies. I have upped my calories to 1450 and feeling pretty good. Overall down this week about .5 so seems good to me. I am not eating back my exercise calories yet but my exercise is only walking and very beginning strength training. Will just keep on the plan :)

I stir an egg white into my oatmeal. No real egg taste just makes the oatmeal a bit fluffier. Not much protein but some.

Thank you very much for your post AnnPT77. I am feeling great so might up it to 1400 or 1450 and just see what that does for a few weeks. I am in no rush and want to lose at a nice steady rate. I think that will help me maintain better than I have been able to.

My right one is so much worse. I am thinking maybe because it is my dominant hand. I played basketball this season and couldn't…

Glad to be part of this group. Need motivation anywhere that I can get it! Just got back from the gym where I am trying to strength train. I have let myself go pretty badly and feel really weak. I also have a shoulder injury that I am trying to come back from. Baby steps!! Jules

Good morning ladies. I will be turning 45 in 3 days and decided that it is time for a serious lifestyle change. My SW is the heaviest that I have ever been at 197. That is heavier than when I gained 40 lbs with my first pregnancy. I have lost so much of the strength that I once had and feel tired all the time. Time to quit…
