I'm on day 3 of the VLCD and I've lost 3.8 pounds. I'm very excited. I'm not very hungry... The morning is the hardest, not having anything but coffee or tea and water is hard to get used to.

I started it tonight and burned 461 calories... Good luck to everyone doing it tonight.

I'll join... I have the video but have been going for walks lately and should probably start the video back up. Monday is good for me.

Thanks everyone... I've been doing cardio like crazy, but will for sure keep it up.. I feel better when I do it. But I think I will try out some of the targeted moves you all listed as well... Again, thank you.

I love the Coach to 5K plan.. I'm using it to train for a 1/2 Marathon. Its a great program and really works for getting you up to running a 5K.

You're doing good.. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Depending on your workout this last week, you probably got some muscle going on. :-) Keep your chin up. You will most likely see results next week.
