compatibility + communication + commitment + compassion + cuddling = soul mate to me (but I have not found him yet!) :)

I JUST got my TRX in the mail and I have used it twice now. I am feeling it in my arms so I am going to continue. I used it while attached to an exterior door and I was a little concerned with how much it was pulling. I slid the door attachment closer to the side with the hinges and it seemed more solid. My interior doors…

I do not eat before my workouts either because I am not hungry; I prefer fasting before workouts. I have no clue if this is correct or not but I don't want my body trying to work off the food I just ate but instead working off the fat I have stored!! In my head it makes sense :) I eat within 30 min post work out though!

I ordered it but I never seemed to have it on me when I needed to eat! I like now though that it comes in single serving packs. The change in taste is hardly noticable but there did seem to be a point where I just couldn't eat another bite. Therefore, because I failed to be consistent, my results were minimal in helping me…

I just ordered a pizza.... Damn my lack of will power on weekends :/

What you say actually sounds spot on with what my trainer has planned for me. However, she has taken into account my weaknesses and we agreed on my current plan to help me think about portions, types of food, benefits etc. I'm definitely not deprived of carbs as they are in my shakes and three days a week she wants me…

I did cut out fruit but just for now. Sticking to a better diet is 100x harder for me than working out. Therefore, I'm getting good carbs with sugars in my shakes and once I control my diet better we will introduce fruits again! **after my 5k today, I had a banana though and it was yummy** :)

My trainer seemed to zero in on my high sugar intake but I never asked why... She encouraged me to start a clean diet and I now take 1-2 scoops of a protein shake 1-2 times a day in addition to green veggies and chicken or tuna. It's been surprisingly easy to follow and for the most part I'm not hungry! The shakes are my…

I was 40 lbs over my weight goal when I did Insanity and it was tough but so much fun - I was hooked!! Due to joint pain though, I did modify a few of the jumps which helped me stick with it and keep moving! I also now take Animal Flex joint supplements daily but after I figure out this Turbo Fire, I will return to…

Yes - I believe once I get to one screen, I then have several subscreens. In the picture though it shows a lil "Kcal" but I never see that on the display. It is apparently in a sub menu of a sub menu for a menu. :/

You would think that if most people purchase HRM to track heart rate and calories there would be a page in the manual that says, "To view calories burned." Thanks for replying - I think I may have to purchase a different too!

Awesome time too!! Well done!!!

I try to stay under in all areas except protein and I aim for a minimum of 100 grams but try to do more a day!

Hello!! I too have very recently decided to try clean eating on most days (not all) so I would be interested to review food journals if any of yours are available! I have been horrible this week though because I am TDY and we have been eating out and having a few drinks after work!! Next week I will return to my balanced…

I have the Sport-line 1060 Duo and I want desperately to love it but I am apparently not bright enough to understand how to find my calories burned! I'm usually pretty good at stuff like that so I am beyond frustrated! :)

I just started but have been alternating between Fire 30 and HIIT 15.... I have NO rhythm, I look like I'm having a seizure but I love it AND I get to laugh too! After I get back from my TDY I will start the actual program! :)

31 and single.... It's awesome sometimes and lonely the rest. But I'm picky so maybe God needs more time to work on my future hubby :)

Joining was the best decision I ever made... Despite my athletic challenges :) Serving has been a humbling experience. I have traveled to so many countries, I have made the most amazing friends in the world and I have learned so much! They help pay for school and I have developed a desire for life-long learning and all of…

Angel 1029, I want my belly to look like yours but I'm new to living healthy!! What is your definition of eating "clean?" I'm wondering if my diet that I've been following for about a week is what will help me get there!

I spent a half hour adding them all to my exercises! I tried to figure out a way to post them to be used and shared by others but I don't see how... if someone tells me how I can add my workouts for others to use... I do not have a HRM (but I really need one) so I guestimate my calories at 10 calories for every intense…

If you weigh yourself on the same scale then weight-loss is weight-loss!! I work out at a couple different gyms and all the scales are different... the one at home may be wrong but it still tracks the lbs lost! Keep it up!!!

I was torn about wether to get mine or not and I spent years researching and learning.... Then I decided to do it. I too think it was the best money ever spent!!
