Great progress girl! Yeah, the weight loss will slow down. Try not to get mad about it though. When mine slowed down I really beat myself up and couldn't get the thought out of my head that it was something I was doing wrong, even though I knew the slow own would happen eventually. You're looking wonderful! <3

That seriously just made me feel fantastic! I used to be a cardio junkie, and at that point was actually 7 pounds lighter than I am right now, but I like how I look so much more after doing more strength training. The picture on the left was August 2014 one pound heavier than I am now.

I don't know and I considered just buying the full version, but when I go to my MFP app, to the apps tab and click on C25K, it brings me to the free one in the app store??? So frustrating! I did the first day today and it's kinda a pain in the *kitten* to have to enter it manually.
