I don't work nights but I do have a fast paced job, sometimes working until 9pm .. I was wondering if you had considered pre making shakes? Hey Lady, I fell off at 120 seconds and haven't made the time to get back to it. Although ... ( My whole body is stronger after attending 28 day Summer Fit Body Boot Camp!) I can finally do a push up ! I think ill start more challenges when things are less busy in the fall. Way to go on your progress btw ! :D

I got to 130 sec and fell off! Its been off and on - may have to restart. On the bright Side I joined fit body boot camp and have been going there (HIIT) 4x week :)
